CLA .. which one are you taking and does it work?

I read about CLA for midsection fat ... so went in search of yesterday ... ended up buying Tonalin extreme ... think it is also called Gold ... anyway just started taking it this morning ... the label reads 2 gel caps twice a day 30 to 60 min before meals or exercise .... I am stating with 1 capsule ...

My question ... if you are taking CLA which one are you taking? what dosage? how long before you started seeing results?

    CLA is worthless unless you take mass quantities and it's not an EFA. It is not practical to take the amount of CLA that you need to make it benefical neither is it pocket friendly.

    Stick with your fish oil and get some flax seeds (2Tbls a day) and or flax oil (1Tbls a day) and Olive Oil (.5 - 1 Tbls a day)

    I took it while losing weight (I am pg right now so I dont) and while I cant say specifically it worked, I did lose 45lbs in 3 months with diet, vitamins and exercise.
