I need to loose 4 stone!!!help

i need to loose 4 stone to get myself to a healthy weight
I spent 3 months in intensive care and was tube fed and I lost a lot of weight obviously due to to almost dying
I returned home being bed bound for 6 months so my weight a crept on other the last year due to being less active
I am now free of all medication and I'm eating healthy but exercising is exhausting even 18 months down the line the impact of multi organ failure really takes it out of me
I just don't want to fat anymore
Has anyone been through a similar situation?
