Watched what i ate. And did not have any alcohol. That all went out the window with xmas entertaining.0

I have no problem loosing happy with a lb a week but give in to temptation .. food & wine. No contr0

I lose weight, but still eat chocolate and drink wine
. Just log what you eat and drink and build it into your daily allowance. Do a bit of extra exercise on days you want to have a glass or two.
