So, this probably won't mean anything to anyone else...but...

Today, for the first time literally in years...I clocked in at 199.2.

I stared and stared...happy tears over here.

    Your hard work, paying off! So awesome!

    I've had three milestones in my weight loss journey and that was a big one. I haven't forgotten it and wish I'd written the date down. So, I will advise you to take a pic and write the date down. If you do, I think you'll be glad you did.
