help with breakfast

Need help chosing items for breakfast before workouts.. something to help me get though the workout nothing to full.. i'm not a fan of eggs...i usually eat a fiber 1 bar. any ideas?

    Greek yogurt, Oatmeal, Cereal?

    If you're specifically looking for protein, I'd go with greek yogurt, protein shake (or anything you can add protein powder to), protein bars, etc. Special K also has Protein cereal which are actually pretty good.
