Male age early 50's seeking to get rid of that spare tire. Started the app on June 11th. Lost 20 lb. Reached goal weight using the calorie counter and exercise. Now what? Still would like to look more tone but don't want to look to unhealthy.

Thanks Jen. As in simple weight lifting. I have free weights and a bench in my home.

There are plenty of beginning workouts. Strong lifts, Starting Strength, New Rule of Lifting are just some of them.

Here's a thread that has some great beginner information:

    Hopefully some of that helps.

    Changing trains.
I got my Fitbit Charge for Christmas. I've been using MyyFitness Pal with great success since June. The two are lynced. Should I still enter my exercise (treadmill, running) in MyFitness Pal. Fitbit tracking into MyFitness Pal doesn't seem to give it enough credit. Additionally adding it into MyFitness Pal seems to overcount it.
