I just recently started my weight loss journey. A few years ago I was inured in a motorcycle accident and used it as an excuse to let myself go physically. I've decided I have had enough of living in pain do to my weight and have finally started to do something about it. I started crossfit in September 2014 weighing in at 198 lbs. the heaviest I've ever been. However that was getting kind of expensive, but effective. I gained the skill and strength that I needed to make this happen on my own with a little support. Starting off 2015 I now weigh 190lbs. Goal is 165, but in baby steps. Oh ya and I am getting married in 2016 so plan to keep of the weight for good. Have to look good in the dress! Wish me luck!

    Congrats on your upcoming wedding. I started off at 225, so I know that you can do this! Would love to be friends!

    Started off at 240, started crossfit and I'm down to 170. I know you got this! Stick with it!!

  • Hi, I'm a beginner in any kind of fitness and weight loss but after having my second baby iv finally decided its time to get into my pre pregnancy jeans :) add me :) and anyone else :)
