how many calories?

I couldn't find the videos i'm doing in the database, and the link isn't working on this video, has anyone done this and/or know how many calories (approximately) I burn doing this video?

    If you go to the Fitness Blender website, they give you a rough idea there of what you are burning. It's an estimate, as it will vary person to person.

    Log it under "Aerobics - low impact" in the exercise database.

    ok thank you! I just found the site through the ab routine, and I logged it yesterday as the aerobics, but wasn't sure how accurate it would be for this specific routine!
