Do you take them? Is there any point in taking them if I eat a lot of yoghurt? What are the benefits?!

    Probiotics increase the efficiancy of your digestion. Yogurt is considered a probiotic so I don't know if you need to take more if you are already fitting that into your diet.

    i have an issue with going....my problem is,..is that I dont go. I was doing the yogurt thing hoping that it would help...I got nothing. So I do a probiotic. Its made by Raw Foods and is 100% natural.

    I watched a few videos on youtube yesterday from a fitness expert Sean Croxton (sp). He suggested testing your digestive system in the following manner:

    Eat 3-4 beets and your bowel movement will turn bright red.
    If this happens in less than 12 hrs, your digestive system is working too fast and not absorbing all your nutrients.
    If it happens 12-24 hrs, your digestive system is working fine.
    If it takes more than 24 hrs, than you have a problem with your digestive system.

    Try the above and if you are fine, no need to take any probiotics.
