Hi everyone please add me as a friend I have none:( lol. I've been doing great these past ten days. I lost 4 pounds in my first week. I'm having problems with too much sodium and too little potassium that I'm trying to work on. I don't come near to getting enough potassium in. Any suggestions about that would be great. Let's be friends:)

You might want to do your own calculations for potassium. almost every vegetable out there has some in it and most lean meats and fish and things. problem is most of the nutrition information on MFP doesn't list the potassium content (massively annoying for those of us trying to track). Do some googling on the potassium content of the foods you've been eating and do a little math yourself, you'll likely find you're not as far away from the RDI as you think.
I top my salads with a can of tuna, its got about 380-410mg per can and protein is always good.
a banana a day helps.
if you like tomato based things thats a great source too.
carrots are huge potassium carriers too.
good luck!0
