New to MFP. 1st week just completed. I lost 7.6lbs. Just by following the calorie intake suggested and drinking water. Wow!

    Hi Becky , congrats on the weight loss. I have already lost 20 lbs since i have been on MFP, and i only started about 45 days ago. This system works very well for most people, i have found out. I just love it. Feel free to add me if you are looking for a friend and some motivation, we all need it to stay on track sometimes.

    Awesome Job!! It's my first week too. I lost about 6 lbs so far. Friday and Saturday were rough due to some bad eating from my son's birthday, but I'm back on track today, that's for sure! Congrats and good luck to you! :)
