Not losing weight.

I'm doing everything I can do to lose weight,I believe. I know I have alot of trouble getting my calorie intake for the day & I'm always under my calories intake. And I also workout 5 days a week.

    Can you open your diary? Additionally, are you using a food scale?

    I'll see if I can figure out how to open my food diary. I don't have a food scale yet, trying to save up for one. I've started my weight loss journey last October. I think my calorie intake is 1380 a day. But I have a very hard time even coming close to eating that a day.

    This is your problem - thinking instead of knowing. Chances are without weighing your foods you're underestimating how much you're eating.

    Estimating caloric intake, using generic entries, using generic recipes, using entries that seem questionable in their servings, measuring instead of weighing solids, not eating to your goals every day so you can properly determine if the goal is high/low enough for you, not eating back exercise calories... these are all issues.

    considering you work out 5x a week, you're probably eating way more htan you think. Otherwise you'd simply not have the energy to work out based on the caloric amount you think you're consuming.
