Possibly. They may just get smaller. Depends on you genetics and skin elasticity. Not much you can to to prevent it if it is going to happen. It's not ideal, but I know for sure I'd rather be a healthy weight with saggy boobs vs. big full boobs and be overweight. It's a trade-off, but a pretty obvious one.0

It does depend on genetics and skin elasticity. You can do chest exercises to help upper body appearance, but the breast will do what the breast will do.0

Like the others above, they may, they may not. They may get (proportionately) smaller as you lose or they may stay similarly full. I was (still am to an extent) and fuller busted woman, and my breasts have reduced, and I like them just fine at their smaller (and better, IMO, proportionate) state.
And P.S. about the stretchmarks--It is very normal to have stretchmarks on our breasts (and elsewhere), even as young adults, even before pregnancy. Way more common than you may think (even many men have them on shoulders and sides and such)--we all went through puberty and that period of quick growth made them happen.0 -
Okay, lemme kick you the real deal.
YEAH, your boobs are gonna sag. They do that. Now you're really young, so it's not going to happen much, but I have terrible news for you.
You are going to get old. (Well, if you're lucky, mind. The alternative to that sucks). Yes yes yes, work out, eat healthy and all that, but the only way a woman in her forties looks like teenager naked is treating the body like a full-time job and getting surgery. (Not judging. It's okay to do it if that's what makes you happy and you can afford it)
You CAN treat your body as an art project, and goodness knows you'll get a lot of approval from certain circles for it. And if it makes YOU happy, run with that.
But, if that's not really where you want to spend your time (You might want to get your MD, or learn to program a computer or wrestle sharks or whatever, and find that more productive), you are going to have to accept that yes, boobs sag (especially when they're actually used for what they're MADE for), you're going to get stretch marks and marks and things just from the course of living. Human bodies do that, and it's okay.1 -
I'm a 40D at the moment, but I've been a 36D when I was a really good girl. I second the chest exercises (particularly dumbbell flies) to keep the girls riding high. Just remember to do your corresponding ab exercises so you don't experience a lot of lower back pain.0

@NoelFigart1, I have heard that having fake boobs helps pin the sharks more effectively.
I think the dumbbell flies are a great idea, but after more than 30 pounds, mine are starting to sag even with chest exercises. You're 11 years younger and elasticity is on your side.

I think this is a genetics thing - I have lost alot of weight (90+ pounds) and my bust reduced dramatically - think I am an 'a' cup now, lol. I am 46 years old and nursed 2 babies - my boobs look better now at the smaller size than they did when they were huge. In my opinion, they sagged alot more when they were so big. They are not perky 20-year old girls, but to me - they look much better now.0

In addition to dumbbell flies-chest press and push ups.
