First picture is when I first started this journey Second picture was last month and the last picture was today!! Its amazing to see the difference.. I did the 30 day shred for the month of Feb I did level 1 the month of March I did level 2 the month of April I did level 3 I also did the treadmill 5 days a week for 15-20 minutes and this past week I started Get ripped dvd so lets see how I do this month I still need to lose a couple more pounds... all i can say is Im HAPPY:happy:

    Wow Momma.. You're lookin good!! Congrats on your journey....It feels good to regain control dosent it? Friend me if you like.. We have similar profiles... 5 8 and started at 180... I am down to 156.. I would like to be 140-145.. Comfortable.. I only have one beautiful 2 1/2 yr old daughter.. And 2011 is the year I take my body back.. Good luck... Hope to hear from you soon...
