Understanding this 40/30/30

help. I'm trying to get my 40/30/30 daily but it's super hard without going over in one area. Not to mention 1270 cal intake.. Any suggestions would be grrreat

I follow the 40/30/30 macros and it was hard at first to get everything close to these percentages. The biggest thing that helped me was tracking everything and then tweaking as I went, for instance if my carbs were too high and protein too low I'd add more meat in place of part of whatever carb source I have.
It just takes some practice and getting used to and you'll get there
Also a note: It is okay if your percentages are a little off here and there some days. For instance if you have too many fats one day and not enough carbs, then you can eat more carbs and less fats the next day and sort of balance yourself out.0 -
low carb protein powder, lean fish and chicken can make up some of the higher protein macros.0
