hi I have been struggling with my weight. It's just me my boyfriend and son in the home and I don't have anything else at this time. I really need to lose my weight. Please help.

    I'm glad their are others out there who are willing to work with me. When my grandma was sick a few years back her kidneys failed we were best friends she asked me to promise her that I would loose weight I said yes now she is dead and I weigh 260 lbs. I should be at least 190. So if we can do this together that would be great!!
