Hi all, I've been doing the % Tibetan Rites for quite awhile - but am relatively new to myfitnesspal and was wondering if anyone else does these and if so how to add them to "exercise". They aren't really traditional Yoga (not that I know much about Yoga) so I'm not to keen to add it under that heading. Any help would be appreciated!

I wouldnt track them at all, TDEE is more accurate when it comes to tracking and much easier to stick to considering you get the same amount of calories per day. Either way I do yoga once a week and love it, keep up the great work, you got this

I would put them under "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort."

You can add your own "new" exercise first google what the burn for your activity is for your weight and time then when you add add in minutes and calorie burn.
