I have been on MFP for about 115 days and I have lost 31.2 pounds. I have dropped from a baggy size 18/tight size 16 to a comfortable size 12. I definitely see a difference! Good luck to you! Just watch your calories, exercise, and keep logging into MFP and gather friends for support! You can do it!

I'm on roughly 90 days since I've really started trying to lose. So far I've lost 26 pounds, and all of my clothes are fitting me better again. My goal is another 6-11 pounds. I have seen a big change in myself, but different people will see different results. For instance if I'm 30 pounds overweight to start, and lose 30 pounds in 100 days, then I will see a lot more of a difference than if I'm 200 pounds overweight and lose 30 pounds in 100 days.

I started MFP in January with my daughter. We've each lost about 20 pounds (after falling off the wagon for a few weeks and coming back). My daughter had a goal to fit into a sun dress we bought last summer and she can not zip it with ease. On a daily level she has remarked that her nightgowns no longer get hung up on her hips. For me, I have reintroduced 2 pair of jeans into my wardrobe that have been hanging in the back of my closet for as long as I can remember.

I lost 18.5lbs in 100 days. That was with a slow down in my weight loss once I hit my halfway point. I still have 12-15lbs I would like to lose total, but I noticed a big difference in 100 days. This was with working out 5-6 days a week, keeping my calories under goal and drinking lots of water.
