Trust?

I ask myself which one do I trust...my Sunbeam scale or my Health O meter scale?

There is a 3 pound difference. Don't get my wrong I know I've been losing the weight, I just wondered which of the two lesser evils are correct. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have a Health O Meter scale too and it always says I'm 3 lbs heavier then my other scale.

Maybe average the two and log that weight...

I personally don't have a scale and I don't ever weight myself. But if I did have a scale that is what I would do. Average and log.

My scale tells me one number and the Wii tells me another...I judge everything by the scale (and it is actually the higher weight). For consistency, I would pick one scale to use, weigh close to the same time of day and similar type of clothing...that will give you the best measurement of weight lost.

I would just pick one of them and only use that ~ and yes, I probably would chose the lower reading scale!
  • I read a LOT of great reviews on the health o meter scale and bought one recently. It was about a pound and a half to 2 pounds heavier than my old one (the old one varied). It sucks to go up, but I found that it was actually closer to my doctor scale and seems to be more accurate and consistent. So that's just my two cents. :)
  • Is that why I gained 2 pounds last night. Just kidding hmmmmmmm wonder what mine is. I think its Weight Watchers. I'm sure that one gives you 5 or 6 right?

You are really looking for change over time here, not necessarily the exact weight- just pick one of the scales and roll with in. In the grand scheme of things 3lbs won't may a big difference in your overall goal.

Great Idea! I just tried that and its funnyt that the Health O Meter scale measured out more...I put 2, 5 pound weights on and it measured like 10.3....Sooo that means the SunBeam wins! lol
