Eat right and exercise and you will lose, lose and lose some more.
Take it slowly. If you go too fast, your skin might not have time to keep up and you might end up with loose skin, which I have. My loose skin is very gross.
But the loose skin is the price I pay for the weight I lose.
I hope it tightens up.0 -

Your BMI is already at the very bottom of normal. Sounds like you need to work on body composition rather than trying to lose any more weight.0

You're 5'3, barely over 100lbs. Why do you want to lose weight?0

Eat at maintenance and lift heavy. You're already at a good weight.0

I don't think a 105lb, 5'3 woman is going to get loose skin...
Unfortunately there is no way to target fat loss from one particular area, and you are already quite slim. Like the others have said, look into body composition and heavy weight lifting

There's a lot that you can do to change the shape of your body without taking the risk of getting down to a low body weight. Seriously, check out the "So you want a nice stomach" link that I posted above. You don't need to lose anymore weight, you just need to change your body composition at this point.
