  • I'm starting the Military diet today. I weight 71,6 kg/157,5 Lbs. I'll let you know how much I lost ;-) I'm also going to try to walk 30 min a day.

    Eat at a deficit, weigh and log all your food and you'll lose.
  • Am new to this as u can tell by my last post looking to lose 3 stone by may have two kids two and half
  • I weigh 80kg I used to be 55kg before I had two kidsand was very fit so I hope to get back to it before July for my cousin's wedding do u think that's achievable I go to the gym as often as possible
