Its good to have a cheat day, but not everyday. Your body needs the fat to help it burn it, its about portion.

I don't have a cheat day. I work my favorite foods into my food diary everyday. There are some days I eat worse than others, but I never consider them a cheat day.

I try not to. I can gain back in one day what it takes me two weeks to lose. so unfair.

Cheat meal, yes. Cheat day, no. Cheat days can easily set most people back...but a cheat meal can easily be worked into macros.

Nope . . . I figure out how to work the foods I want in, but never a cheat day. Having a cheat day where the mentality is to just eat whatever can throw off whatever progress you may have made that week.

I'm not saying it's not ok to do it, just keep that in mind. Also, I really just figure out how to eat what I want within my allowable calories, that's it that's all. It's so much easier than struggling for 6 days until cheat day comes around and then know I am going back to doing something I don't want to do.

    :)

I do two cheat meals on the weekend - both under 1500 calories. I read it in a Jackie Warner book. It's working for me.

I don't give myself cheat days because I know every once in a while I have a day that I just can't control my food well enough. I let those become cheat days. If I did Cheat Days and Oops Days, it would be far too many days.

I don't really have cheat days, but I have days when I can't bother to track calories. I just eat as I usually do. I probably eat a bit more than I would otherwise on those days though.
