Hi y'all,

I added my fitness pal last year but never got round to using it as I just got so into my marathon training. I was super fit by the end of it but still carrying excess weight and I don't think I'd given myself the best nutrition base. I basically very much life my food but I know that with a good way of eating it's entirely workable to have the things I love alongside a really balanced diet that will only help my running get better.

I've ordered a nutri bullet that arrives today and I'm really keen to start going down the clean eating route with lots of fruit and vegetables. I've always had a problem of not eating enough protein and that's one of the reasons I've joined up because you can see your daily nutrition and figure out where you're lacking.

Over the years I've done Weight Watchers, which was ace but it was when I wasn't doing as much exercise as I am now and I like the flexibility of MFP. Like WW I love the community aspect so I'm really looking forward to reading people's success stories and getting loads of hints and tips.

I'm currently 13st 12lbs and I should be nearer 11st so wish me luck!
