Does drinking 8 fl ozs of green tea go towards you water count you've drank for the day?

I personally don't count tea or coffee, but you can as the diuretic effect doesn't cancel hydration.
Pure water is the best way to go.0 -
I count tea and plain water. I usually have 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning so my water counts starts after that.0

I drink good ole black tea - Twinings Irish Breakfast! - but I use water to make it, so it goes towards my water count for me.0
