I haven't lost 50 yet, so far I've lost 30-35. I started at 190. I'm 5ft 3. My goal is to get to about 145. You can look at my profile to see some of my progress pics.0

I've lost 50, well, a little over 50 lbs. But here are my progress pictures. And I am taller than you by about 4 inches. So might not help in comparison too much.

I will be posting pics later today (after work). I have lost over 40 lbs. I started out at 196 and am currently at 154 and am 5'3"
You can send me a friend request if you'd like to see them once they are posted.0 -
I don't want to post pics but I have lost just over 50. I started losing at 222 lbs and now I'm at 171. I use to wear a size 18 in jeans and those would be tight. Now I wear a 12 that I have to wear a belt with. People that I haven't seen in a while notice that I've lost weight, there is no doubt about it. I hope this helps!0

I am not quite at 50 lbs (still have about 10 lbs to go). I have gone from 194 to 155 (getting close to 154). I am 5'3". You can look in my profile for my pics of where I started to where I am. It is doable, trust me. I am almost 3/4 of the way there (hopefully next week). It is a slow but steady process; I have been on this journey for 7 months now. I feel so much better than what I did 40 lbs ago. Just keep pressing forward. My aunt didn't do this website, but she lost 65 lbs in a matter of a year and half (she is only 5'). She went from a size 18 to size 8 (it is doable). Keep pressing forward. Feel free to add me for motivation, if needed.0
