    Hi Emily, I am new too. My first fast day today and it's been so hard. I don't even know what I weigh, I haven't weighed myself in years. I'd like to lose 2 stone. I have already used my 600cals for today. Next week I will go 500. I am very short tempered today and dreading putting my 3 yr old to bed. I actually ache all over.
    Looking forward to porridge tomorrow morning.
