UK Mummy-Back AGAIN- Looking for buddies determined to lose Lbs and get firm!

Hi Everyone - Firstly I think everyone needs a pat on the back for being here cos this shows we are at least trying to get healthy and fit!
- How will we succeed? Eat less- move more- sounds simple but we all know it is much more than this simple sum!
- Why is it some days you log everything you eat and stay on track - 1200 a day for me - you do some exercise- drink a few glasses of water and it makes u feel good and proud and then other days you feel depressed and stand in the kitchen guilt eating chocolate bars and cereal straight out of the box?!
- I've been wrestling with an extra 17lb of weight I don't want for the last 4 years - in fact - since I quit smoking- I've spent all of my adult life 5'7" and 126 Lb and since quitting smoking I climbed to 157Lb- I've been down to 140 and am currently 147 but I really really really want to get back down to about 130- or anywhere near it! All my weight is round my middle which is bad news - I want to be slimmer, fitter and firmer!
- I'm in my 40's and in the Uk- add me as your friend if you like - I really need some help/advice when it comes to ACCURATE logging of food, especially meals u cooked yourself and of course getting motivated to work out - I so hate cardio! I mean does anyone like to be out of breath and sweaty - I need to change my mindset! Good Luck everyone!
