Getting fit with limited space

Does anyone have any good fat burning exercises that don't require a lot of space ( living room). I've got a very primitive treadmill and adjustable dumbbells from 10-90lbs and floor space. Any tips are appreciated!

I only work out in the living room - DVDs and Youtube videos ftw. Checkout the FitnessBlender channel on youtube, but also search around for other trainers/channels you might like. There are also apps out there for designing your own workout but I haven't used any. I work out in the morning so I can't be expected to think or plan at that hour0

Thanks for your suggestion! I've probably spent 526272525 hours (estimated) on YouTube watching videos and got a lot of great tips. But other than endless hours on the treadmill I have no idea how to lose fat in the living room lol0

I too live in a small place and on days I cant get to the gym I typically do a YouTube video or put on Just Dance for the kinnect. Trust me, you sweat your butt off and its fun
and that way my kiddo joins in as well

Well, it helps if you DO the videos instead of just watching!
Do this in your living room; you will burn fat:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbxAYBH8ZTE

As a supplement to my regular workouts, or sometimes replacement, I invested in a cheap stair stepper and a balance ball. The stair stepper was probably $30, and takes up about a square foot of space. The balance ball was less than $20 with a pump. I can use either while watching television at night. The stair stepper can get some cardio, and also gives a nice burn to upper legs. I do various things on the balance ball, from using it as a base for some dumbell exercises to doing a modified squat. They are both very quiet, which was important to me as I use them at night after the kids go to bed.0

I also have the treadmill and adjustable dumbbells....I have since added a step and balance ball, but I also love the resistance bands. You put them around your ankles and do the high intensity interval training workouts. Mine come in 3 different resistances as well.0

I've bought the resistance bands too, that come in 3 different ones. I didn't really know how to use them for cardio0
