Hi my name is Joey and I need to lose 9stone. I'm hopeful that I can achieve this within 2 years. Im open for all advice available. Hints. Tips

    Hi. I'm also hoping for a big weight loss, as I'm getting married next year! Hoping for around 4.5 stone weight loss! Hopefully we can get all the motivation to do it on here, with great advise etc x
