Anyone can add me as a friend. My current goal is to drop the 10 that I've gained since the end of September. Ideally 40 pounds by the end of June... I'm at 4 pounds. I know that I have more once I drop the first 40, but I have to make small goals. Overall, I'm looking to lose 80-90 pounds.0

I'm starting at 216 lbs and goal is 140 lbs, so I need to lose 76 lbs.
Its been 12 days of dieting (doing Keto, 1200 cals and 20-50 carbs).

Hi, So I have been on here for a while. I dropped 20 pounds and then got pregnant and the doctor said no more exercising. I was good and only gained 18 pounds while pregnant. I dropped the weight quickly after the deliver but have since put it all and then some back on. I too am looking for some friends who are looking to lose a significant amount of weight (I need to lose about 70 to no longer be obese). I would love to have you as a friend. Ok I started on the site after Jan 3rd. Still trying to figure things out. I hit a high of 226 and finally said that was enough.
