Good fat - how much?

Sooooo, I know that fats from avocados and nuts are supposed to be "good" fats. How does this factor into the plan? If I have half an avocado with my breakfast and nuts at some point in the day, it totally puts me off my fat % for the day. Any thoughts?

body weight X .35 will get you close. weigh 185, so 185 X .35 = 64.75, so 65 grams per day.0
