I was on here went off now back. Gonna be 40 and 100 lbs over weight. Stress is bad when your trying to lose weight which sucks!

Hi Tammy and welcome!! Eat what you normally eat just less of it. Track it in your food diary, stay at or near you calorie allotment and at end of the week see if you can make small changes. Take baby steps. Pretty soon you will find that this is working. Best wishes and you can do it0
