Definitely first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything but AFTER you've gone to the bathroom and gotten rid of anything left in your stomach0

I always weigh in the morning. This is generally when I am the lightest. Although the body's weight can change about 2 lbs within a normal day, the morning weight is the most accurate. If you are weighing with clothes on, you can account, generally, for about 1 to 2 lbs of clothing.0

Doesn't matter. Same time every day is fine.
**Not saying you need to weight yourself every day. Just saying to weigh yourself around the same time the days that you do. Mornings are easier for me to remember though.0 -
I do it first thing in the mornign after I use the bathroom. My weight will flucuate up to 4 lbs throughtout the day (I drink a lot of water) Hope this helps.0

ive read that in the morning without your clothes and after the bathroom is the best time, but its more about consistancy. If you started your first weigh in at 3 p.m. on a tuesday then the best way to track your results is to continue on weighing in at roughly 3 p.m. tuesday. Its the best way to not worry about those flucuations during the week and focus on being consistant. hope this helps!0

I do in the morning before getting dressed but as long as you do it the same time of day each week with similar clothing you will get good results!0

I keep my scales near my shower, and step on before stepping in on Sunday mornings -- before breakfast, before exercise. I've heard it's best not to weigh more than once a week.0

I want to weigh my body, not that cup of tea I just had or my poo! :bigsmile:0 -
Consistency is key. Consistency for me is Mondays and Thursdays in the morning after using the restroom. I weigh twice a week for my own curiosity. I do 5 days a week weight lifting/light cardio and lots of cardio on the weekends (I use the gym at work Mon through Fri, walk/jog the neighborhood on weekends), so I'm curious how my body changes as time passes. I only worry about the number if it goes up and up for an extended period of time. Luckily it has been going down :-D0

I agree to not weighing yourself everyday. Once a week should be sufficient, for then if you are sticking to your routine you will see more dramatic results if you weigh once a week versus several times a week. Plus, weighing yourself everyday encourages weight obsession, which is very negative - there is so much more to life than obsessing over one's weight! Be healthy, yes. But enjoy life BEING healthy!0

Always weight yourself, first thing in the morning with an empty bladder and no clothes.0
