Hey I'm Cherry and I'm new!
I'm not sure what to write here.
I'm vegan and work erratic shift patterns, which makes trying to maintain healthy eating habits more difficult than I'd like.
If anyone has any advice. Let me know!

    Hi Cherry, welcome to the site :) Check out the groups as I'm quite sure there are vegan groups you can check out as well as the forums for fellows vegans. :)

    Hi, Cherry. What I'm having success with so far is making sure that I have at least the minimum amount of healthy foods around, and make them easy to pack for your shifts. For me that's carrots (real ones, baby carrots have no flavor), hummus (check the labels, you may be surprised at the calorie differences among flavors & brands), fresh berries, bananas and apples or pears. Bell peppers, easy to cut up and throw in a meal or great with hummus.
