I lose hope real quick and i always give up!! Need help to stay motivated..

It's not about motivation. It's about building eating habits for the times when motivation wanes. You are the only one who can make the decision to give it a real go to make a real change in your life and right now, you are holding yourself back. You need to figure out why.0

Motivation gets you going. Habit keeps you going. You've just got to push through until you do it not because you're particularly motivated one day, but because you know you need to to achieve your healthier lifestyle.0

It really is about habit. But it goes hand in hand. If you never get the motivation to get up and workout etc. you'll never form the habit. They say it takes 21 days to break a bad habit or start a new one0

What kind of help do you need girl? You need a virtual workout buddy? A person to say "keep up the good fight" or "think about how your summer jeans will fit, push on"? I can try to help.0

Maybe do some research on affirmations and pick some that are relevant to you? For example, instead of, 'I lose hope real quick and I always give up', you could repeat to yourself in the mirror, 'I enjoy taking the steps I need to get healthy', or whatever you think is appropriate.0

I have always had the same issue about giving up hope with losing weight. However, I recently realized some underlying reasons that were causing me to feel this way. I'm now trying to look at food and exercise differently in order to not just go on a diet, but I'm changing my lifestyle. Feel free to add me.0

I'm in the same boat tonight. One bad day and I'm pulled in by bad habits, poor choices and giving up hope. Together we can do this. Just the fact that I can write this and you can reach out for support is what is different this time, and that is huge! Feel free to add me.0

If you wait for 'motivation' to strike in order to push yourself to change you'll be making progress very, very, very, very, very slowly, if at all.
It's about being committed. You don't always feel motivated to go to work I bet, but you go because you know you need to and the other choice (unemployment, being fired, having no sense of purpose) is worse.
That said, just like sometimes I'll drag myself to work because I'm thinking of that holiday I need to save up for, reminding yourself what you stand to gain (better fitness, more energy or confidence, a healthier/lower weight, more stamina, a chance to socialise/have fun if exercise does that for you) will help you push through. Delayed gratification. Think of how good achieving your goals will feel.
If that fails, just have a word with yourself and tell yourself to get a move on.0
