    This one's my favorite:

    4 tilapia fillets
    1/2 cup dried parmesan
    1 tbsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp Hungarian paprika
    1 tsp all purpose seasoning

Mix the dry ingredients. Coat each fillet in the parmesan mixture until used up. Throw in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

Not a crispy crust, but a mighty tasty, savory one!

    Fish Tacos

2 fillets tilapia (or other whitefish)
1/4 c (or less) panko or crumb of choice
    cumin to taste
    chili powder to taste
    garlic powder to tasted
    1/2 tsp oil of choice

mix dry ingredients, cut fish into bite size pieces and coat fish with crumbs(if too dry, moisten with water)
cook until golden brown and firm

    1/4c light miracle whip
1 cup thin sliced red cabbage
bunch of cilantro chopped(depending on how much you love it)
    juice of 1 lime

mix ingredients and let sit until softened

Assemble using 1 whole wheat tortilla, dab of salsa, sour cream, cooked fish and cabbage mixture. Roll and enoy!

I've also made Tilapia with just a bit of garlic infused oil and some lemon.
Serve with quinoa salad or rice pilaf.

Try seasoning your fish with lemon pepper, even my grandson love it!

Old bay is pretty amazing, I personally use that and lemon pepper. I want to try the old bay blackening seasoning. And I grill on my George foreman for 3-4 mins. That thing is heaven sent

I tried this recipe and I loved it - thanks!
My husband prefers something with more crunch but I loved the seasonings.
Even had leftovers and it was good.

Glad you liked!! It's a favorite of my husband and I's. He is an extremely picky eater and the first night I made it, I believe the exact words he said were, "Holy crap, baby, this is good as Hell."

    :)
