New to MFP

Hi everyone,
Just getting started here. I have been stuggling with weight for a while and have tried EVERYTHING. I like the idea of trusting myself to make good decisions and not having to stick to rigid plan. I can also see from the last couple of days tracking that just paying attention to what you eat is a great first step! Looking forward to hearing about your journeys.
