Not something I would reccomend really - so quick! Just be super healthy with your eating, less carbs, more fibrous vegetables, more water, less dairy.

It's probably not a smart thing to attempt. If you don't care about it only being water weight you could do a juice fast or something. But you will gain it right back if you don't change your eating habbits. It is much better to have a lifestyle change than a quick fix.

That's probably not going to happen.

Losing 10 lbs of fat is physically impossible in 3 days. You'd have to achieve a deficit of 35.000 calories.

10lbs in 3 days in not going to happen unless you hit the sauna and shirvel like a prune. Give yourself a more reasonable goal. A single pound of fat in 3 days is doable but hardly recommended.

    I think there's been a misunderstanding somewhere....

also- no one NEEDS to lose weight- you just really want to... and in which case if you really wanted to you would have started 3 months ago.

Good luck- and perhaps try the actual weight loss section of this particular community- instead of the GAINING section. just- repeating what's already been said and all.

I think a foot would aid in weight loss better than a few fingers or toes...

The best I have seen is 14 lbs in 10 days.

This is near impossible & extremely unhealthy. Whatever you lose you will have a hard time keeping off.

Start slow. Gradual weight loss raises the success rate of being able to keep it off!
