Getting back into the habit after starting a new relationship

Last year I lost 30 pounds and was in the habit of eating extremely well and doing Pilates 3-4 times a week and going for short hikes on the weekends. This summer I met my current boyfriend and as it usually does, the relationship took priority. Time I used to spend working on myself has been replaced with time with him. His eating habits have improved since we started dating, but still not the greatest and can be some what of a bad influence. ("Just one bite!") I've lost some of the toning and muscle that I was super proud of this summer. How do you get back into the habit and routine and re-spark that motivation? How do you find the balance?

As far as finding balance, I've found it helps to do it with your significant other. My boyfriend and I go to the gym together a few times a week and cook healthy meals together. I just started the journey of losing 30 pounds, and him being a part of it is a huge help.0
