Add me! Been using MFP for two weeks now and can't understand why I haven't dropped an oz, despite my complete change in eating habits. Any help would be appreciated!

Be patient. I gained 1kg the first week and it didn't move for the next 2. After that my weight started to decrease at a somewhat steady pace.0

Patience is critical. We have to remember that it took time to get to where we are, it's gonna take time to somewhere different.0

Be patient. Consistency will pay off.0

A problem that I've found is that although MFP is incredibly helpful, it's easy to to short yourself on your eating. Whether it's not logging snacks, putting in one serving when you actually had two, or not counting drinks, it can be easy not to be as disciplined about it as you should be.
That being said, it's also important to remember the patience of it. Even if you've changed your eating habits, if you are combining that with increased exercise, that can mean that you are gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat, and you could be gaining weight, even as you are getting skinnier.0 -
Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I plan on staying diligent and moving towards a consistent and healthy life!!0
