Hi - while I am newly diagnosed with Lupus - I have been fighting with autoimmune issues and fatigue for quite some time. For me it works best to begin exercising in small increments - some days that is a gentle 10 minute walk - sometimes I can do more. It really comes from knowing your own body and reading its cues. If I have not slept well I know I will not likely be able to push through a longer workout. Is it possible to break your 30 minute minimum per day workout into 3 parts - 10 minutes at a time? I recently discovered the Fitstar app which has been great for quick body weight workouts and it links to MFP.
Please feel free to friend me. It would be great to be able to speak to others that are going through the same thing.
