Tracking crossfit WOD?

I'm wondering if anyone does crossfit. I don't use a fitbit or any tracker. How do you track your CF workouts to account for the calories burned? I tried doing it by entering each part of the WOD and it won't even come close. Any ideas?

I estimate. If it is METCOM - i just give myself 100 calories per 10 minutes (effort comparable to running), if it is more weights - less calories. Also looking for some crossfit friends here, so please join me!

I wore an HRM for the better part of a year, for the whole hour of class. Averaged 350 for a regular day, 400ish for a hero WOD.
I'm 5'4, 136 and 32 y.o.
You can also try logging here as circuit training or calisthenics.0
