Goal to lose 150+ ...all support is welcome!

I'm a 30 year old CSR-by-day who also runs a theatre company by night.

Fitting exercise and healthy eating in has never been much of a priority -- because of this, after a back injury left me laid up for several months, it was frighteningly easy to gain 150-180 pounds more than I ever thought I would carry.

Now I'm determined to make changes and lose the weight - my husband and I are trying to get pregnant in the next couple of years and I am determined to get into better shape so that I can have and raise my kids healthily.

Any cheerleaders or folks with similar weight loss goals - please lend your support! I will do my best to return the favor! :smile:
