Switching from Fit Bit App

Hi Friends! I've been using my Fitbit for about year and fell off the bandwagon in the last 6 months. I've always used the Fitbit app and realized my fitness pal has a better database of foods! Just need motivation. Lost 15lbs last year and gained it all back. I'm a stress eater!

The database on Fitbit stinks.. I use this app but the problem I have is that while I'm active throughout the day it increases all my goals in MFP, so instead of my protein being 190gram. After I log my workout, it's 220 grams. It's my only complaint about syncing the two.0

In case you didn't know, you can link your fitbit to MFP the calories burned will show in MFP and the calories consumed will be shown in the fitbit dashboard. I like it that why since I am monitoring my BP and quality of sleep through fitbit and I have everything in one place I use MFP for the detail of what I am eating.0

Thanks for the tips! I'm using MFP for my food and it's so much better!0
