hi!
I'm 24 years old and have always struggled with weight loss for as long as I can remember. I'm the only big girl on both sides of my family and can tell you it's been rough!! I've tried all the fad diets out there only to find myself putting on more and more weight. I want to give this another try and do it the right way. I am ready to feel confident and comfortable in my own body! Anyone care to join me? Let's do this!
