Any tips on losing my belly ?

You cannot spot lose. All the crunches in the world won't make your stubborn belly fat go away, trust me from experience.. Be in a calorie deficit daily/weekly and the lbs will come off. Log everything from the olive oil you cook with to the alcohol you may or may not consume..0

I've loged every little thing in but I feel no loss and scared to see the scales I feel even tho I push myself every day I'm putting on instead of losses and I know it's stupid as I've been on a healthy diet with small portions but I brain always feels I'm fat no matter what0
