Is it ok to eat late at night after a work out?

I go to work and school full time so the only time I have to work out is
9 pm to 1 am. My work out buddy and I have been going to the gym every night from about 9 to 1 the last 8 days and when I get home I have a boiled egg and piece of chicken. I was just wondering if it's ok to eat that late after my work outs? Any advice is helpful! Thank you!

Calorie/macro totals...time has no effect to your fat, only your ability to sleep and cope with late night eating. Sometimes I eat up until 10mij before bed. It doesn't effect me. I am under my calories an therefor accountable. Focus and trends- if it works for you it works for you.0

Your working out for 4 hrs?0

Are you working out for the full 4 hours what type of exercises are you doing? Are you eating enough cals to fuel that amount of exercise?0

I'm a monster if I don't eat after a workout. I also can't sleep if I'm hungry. That'd be a double whammy.
The time that one eats is irrelevant. If you're hungry, then eat!0 -
