Always have trouble with calorie counting...just lazy....kinda like this app!!!

    It's a bit much at first but it gets easier and quicker once you've gotten a couple of weeks of food in your diary to choose from ;)

    Been doing it for almost 3 years now. Lost over 160# and have been on maintenance for 14 months. May not be for everyone, but it certainly works for me.
