Does anyone know how to add steps to your exercise portion of the diary? I walk over 10,000 steps everyday but I don't know how to add it on.

go to exercise database, select walking at the speed you want, double click on calories and reduce by 50%

or get a pedometer that links into MFP to do it for you like the fitbit or garmin
