I have the same concerns. After 2 c-sections it doesn't look great, but it's getting much better. What you have to do is work your lower abs, which isn't easy but there are a few things you can do. First, the machines at the gym that work your inner and outer thighs, also help with the lower abs if you flex them when you're doing your reps. Also, the trainer at my gym told me to sit with my butt at the edge of a weight bench, lay back, grab the top with my hands, and lift my knees up so it's like a reverse crunch. If it irritates your back, I've found crossing my ankles helps. And don't put your feet back down til you're done with your reps. You will DEFINATLY feel it when you're doing it right. I hope this helps you. Just don't forget to keep those abs tight through the whole process. I don't konw if it will ever look like a beach bod..but at least they do the bikini cuts now. lol Think about what the last generation had to deal with.
